Market Analyst

Responsibilities

  • Provide market, customer and competitor analysis
  • Support the marketing  team in generating strategic planning and customer engagement tools
  • Output insight reports and related collaterals
  • Research and analyse key trends
  • Assess key performance data and provide impact analysis

Capabilities and Experience

  • A minimum of 3 years experience in a market intelligence, analyst or research role
  • Good knowledge of IT trends, strategies and technologies
  • Exceptional analytical skills with well rounded experience in:
    • Customer intelligence and insights
    • Market intelligence and insights
    • Competitor intelligence and insights
  • Strong quantitative analysis skills with expertise in Excel as a minimum
  • Good written, oral, and presentation communication abilities
  • Familiarity with forecasting techniques and data modeling
  • Ability to provide actionable insights based on trend, financial and performance analysis
  • Skilled in market research techniques and ability to synthesise large quantities of quantitative and qualitative information
